General

  • All items remains INVESTODECO’s at all material times.
  • The client undertake to take care of all items as if a diligent person will take care of his property.
  • The client undertake to return the items in good and clean order.
  • The client shall be held liable for any damage caused to any item by the client or his guests.
  • Please insist on SEEING and INSPECTING items before any payments is made
  • The client must inspect ALL items upon delivery and immediately advise INVESTODECO of any defect so that the necessary replacement can be done, if any.
  • Order will not be guaranteed until payment is received.
  • Item should be used strictly for the purpose for which it was rented or hired.

Payment

  • At the sole and absolute discretion of INVESTODECO we may require deposit for certain items.
  • Payment must be made at least 7(seven) days before event and proof of payment emailed to info@investodeco.co.za.
  • Payment by EFT must reflect before delivery will be done.
  • Payment by cheque must be cleared before delivery will be done.
  • Cash payment will not be accepted unless prior arrangement has been made with management.
  • No refund will be made if order is cancelled less than 3(three) days before event.

Delivery

  • We deliver and collect daily between 6am and 8pm. Clients will be informed at least 30 minutes before delivery.
  • Should it be impossible and/or risky to deliver on the agreed date and time due to an act of nature (such as heavy rain/flooding) or public demonstrations( example service delivery protests) etc, we shall at our sole and absolute discretion cancel the order and refund the client.
  • We deliver at ground level only. Clients must disclose should delivery be required on first floor upwards to enable us charge the appropriate fees for such delivery (if necessary), failing which we shall deliver on the ground floor of the venue.
  • Clients living in sectional titles/complexes/estates are encouraged to acquaint themselves with rules of body corporate regarding delivery and advise us accordingly to avoid any inconvenience during delivery and collection.
  • Any person acting on behalf of a juristic person will be deemed to have bound themselves as surety for all obligations of such persons.

No sub letting of our items is allowed, unless same has been disclosed to us.
All packages include FREE stretch tent. There will not be any reduction in prices should the client not require a tent.


Sound Equipment

  • Sound equipment cannot be hired separately.
  • The cost of hiring the sound equipment is R2500.00 plus the Dj’s fees.
  • Clients are obliged to use one of our Dj’s unless special arrangement is made to the contrary.
